FAQ

Equipment InspectionsFAQ’s

How Thorough are your Inspections?

After reading our detailed report and reviewing the photographs, you should have the feeling that you were there looking at the equipment yourself.

How long does it take to get an inspection performed?

The item will be scheduled for the first available opportunity when the down payment is made. Once the item is inspected typically the report is available within 24 hours depending on the location of the item and when the final payment is made. Please see the how we work page for more information.

How do I get the report from you?

There are options on how to receive the report. Once the final payment is received it can be immediately released to you by method of your choice, typically emailed directly to you. We are exploring new technology to make it as easy as possible.

How do I know you will not sell the report to others?

Once you have paid for the report it becomes your property. If there is someone interested in the same item after the initial inspection you will have the option of selling it back to us, to the seller or another interested party if you do not purchase the equipment. This gives you a chance to recover some of your money.

What about my personal or business information I supply to you?

You do not have to worry, none of your personal/business information will be disclosed to anyone without your consent. Please read the privacy policy page for more details.

 How do I pay you?

The money can be wired or pay by credit card.

Are you insured?

Yes. We do carry liability insurance should the unexpected happen.

I made payment to you but the item sells before you inspect it, what happens then?

If you made full / partial payment and the item sells before we arrive, your payment is partially / fully refundable minus and travel fees or money transfer fees incurred.
